These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KhataSetu mobile application (“App”), operated by ROTRX IT Solution (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Service

KhataSetu is a digital ledger management application designed to help users record and manage financial transactions. The App is intended solely for record-keeping purposes.

The App does NOT provide:

• Banking or micro-loan services
• Investment or regulated financial products
• Legal, tax, or financial advisory services
• Cryptocurrency exchange services

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Subscriptions & Advertisements

The App offers a free version supported by advertisements (via Google AdMob). Users may purchase premium subscriptions to remove ads and unlock features.

• Payments are handled securely via Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the period ends.
• Refunds are subject to the respective platform's billing policies.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and the accuracy of the data you enter. KhataSetu does not verify the legality or validity of the transactions you record.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. If you wish to permanently remove your records, you may do so through our account deletion portal:

The App is provided “AS IS”. ROTRX IT Solution shall not be liable for any financial losses, accounting mistakes, or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
